  • United States Orders: We currently offer shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories are not eligible for standard shipping at this time.
  • International Orders (if applicable): International shipping is available to select countries/regions via DHL. For specific eligibility and restrictions, please check during checkout or contact our customer service.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping Promotion: Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders totaling $30 or more.
  • Orders Below $30: U.S. orders with a total value below $30 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $5.99.
  • International Shipping Costs: For international shipping costs, please contact our customer service via email before placing your order to confirm details.

U.S. Domestic Shipping

  • Logistics Partners: USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service).

International Shipping

  • Logistics Partner: DHL.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Varies by destination, generally 7-14 business days after order processing (excluding customs clearance delays).

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
