However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we cannot guarantee a perfect shopping experience every time. 1. Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order. Returns requested beyond 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
 

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories (such as instruction manuals, warranty cards, etc.) must be intact and included with the return.
  • The item must not show any signs of damage, wear and tear, or alteration caused by improper use, mishandling, or installation.
  • For items with seals (if applicable), the seal must not be broken unless the item is defective.

3. Items Not Eligible for Returns

The following items are not eligible for returns under any circumstances:
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer beyond normal inspection.
  • Items without original packaging, or with damaged, incomplete, or missing original packaging, tags, or accessories.
  • Items that are personalized, customized, or made-to-order (if applicable).
  • Free gifts or promotional items included in the order.
  • Items that have been contaminated, soiled, or rendered unfit for resale due to improper storage or handling by the customer.

4. Return Process

Step 1: Request RMA Number

Contact our customer service team to request a RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) before sending back any items. You can reach us via:
Please provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return when contacting us. Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours to confirm eligibility and issue a RMA Number if applicable.

Step 2: Prepare the Return Package

  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging) to prevent damage during transit.
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your order number, RMA Number, and contact information inside the package.
  • Do not include any items not listed in the return request (e.g., other purchased items, free gifts unless specified by customer service).

Step 3: Ship the Return Package

  • Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team along with the RMA Number clearly marked on the outer packaging.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect in the item, a shipping error (wrong item sent), or a quality issue caused by us. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse the reasonable shipping costs upon receipt and verification of the return.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the shipping receipt until your return is processed, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

5. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) (typically within 3-5 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s) only. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item, wrong item shipped).

If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size, color, or model, subject to availability), please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive and process your return, you can place a new order for the desired item on our website, or contact our customer service team to assist with the exchange.
 

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong item/model), please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and any relevant details. We will arrange for a replacement, full refund, or other appropriate solution at our expense, including covering the return shipping costs.
